How do you 03TALK?

We're a pretty innovative business, but we're still amazed by the clever ways you're 03TALKING! You've taken the service way beyond the conventional notion of business voice conferencing. Here are just a few examples you've shared with us. (We'd love to hear more!)

• One to one calls on PAYG mobile phones reducing the cost of cross network calls to the same price as a geographic call;
• Friend and family "get togethers" with people dialling in from overseas on our international access number - 44 12345 52 330;
• Audio discussions in response to blog posts (check our Word Press plugin);
• Teenagers holding multi-party calls when SMS and IM simply didn't cut it;
• Musicians sharing ideas and collaborating from around the world in real time;
• Audio recordings of meetings being generated quickly and disseminated easily - even though all the participants were in the same room!

OK, we love Twitter. There's no point denying it, but there is a reason for sharing our Twitter ♥ with the world.

Working closely with Zimo Communications, a well-established telecoms operator with existing capacity and infrastructure, we have been able to absorb much of the development and operating cost for 03TALK and offer a truly FREE conference call service. The wholesale outpayment received from BT on calls to an 03 number provides just enough revenue to do so.

The service is absolutely viable "as is" and we're in this for the long haul. But we're also offering advanced features such as call recording, notification via SMS and so on and these involve additional costs (storage, delivery, etc).
