Your 03TALK conference room is yours to use 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, 365 days a year. Just dial in any time.

Which is great if you need to conference with the Japan office at 11am local time. Well, great except for you. You'll be awake at 2am.

To participate in a conference a person needs the unique conference room number and matching Access PIN. These are allocated to our 03TALK'ers randomly, giving a trillion permutations.

For TALKMORE or TALKFOREVER customers, there's an additional Admin PIN that gives access to administrator features. Only you, as a registered 03TALK'er, know your unique 4-digit Admin PIN. We promise we'll never tell anybody else. And we'll never reveal the Conference Room Number or Access PIN unless you ask us to invite someone to a conference on your behalf.

So you see, 03TALKing is completely secure.

It's good to 03TALK. So we don't want to stop you. Whether you're having a brief conference to get a decision made with colleagues, or holding a 5 hour teleseminar, you keep talking as long as you want to. We guarantee, the call will keep going as long as your voice holds out.

We're obsessed with making things simple. Like inviting people to your conference call.

However you set up your call, we make it easy. Tell us who you want to invite, and we'll send an email with all the information they need to 03TALK with you. The date, the time, the number to call and how to dial into your room. All you have to do is wait for them to join you.

You even get a reminder email. So there's no chance you or your delegates will miss that important call.

Managing your conference rooms is easy with 03TALK. Once you sign up to a TALKMORE or TALKFOREVER account, we'll give you access to MY03 where you can access a range of tools designed to make 03TALKing easier:

• Change conference room PINs, for your added security
• Schedule calls, recurring and one-off, and we'll send out the invitations for you
• Give other users rights to your rooms so they can 03TALK too
